vLogView is een Windows applicatie waarmee log bestanden van ESX servers bekeken kunnen worden.
Het kan geïnstalleerd worden op computers van beheerders die VMWare ESX omgeving beheren, en biedt de mogelijkheid voor het opslaan, bekijken en doorzoeken ESX Server log-bestanden van meerdere ESX Servers, op een heel makkelijke manier.
vLogView heeft een connectie nodig met VMWare vCenter server.

Open Outlook ga naar Opties en naar het tabblad Gemachtigde
Hier zie je een gebruiker die niet gevonden geworden.
Verwijder de machtiging en het probleem is opgelost. 
Oplossing 2.
1. Start MDBView utility, klikt u op MAPI_Explicit_PROFILE en klik op OK. 
2. Klik op de profiel naam van de gebruiker wiens mailbox de verwijderde regel bevat.
3. Op MDB menu op Open Message Store. In Store Weergavenaam deelvenster, klikt u op de mailbox van de gebruiker, en klik Open.
4. On the MDB menu, click Open IPM Subtree. 
5. Dubbelklik op de folder waar het mailtje instaat in dit geval de inbox folder. 
6. In Associated bericht in FLD venster, dubbelklikt u op elk bericht te openen totdat u een bericht te vinden met "Schedule + EMS Interface" in de eigenschappen (de onderste venster in het dialoogvenster). Of de missende gebruiker onder Recipients in Message 
7. Sluit dit bericht.
8. Om dit bericht te verwijderen in de geassocieerde Message In FLD venster, klik selecteert u het bericht. In Operations Beschikbaar Klik op de lpFLD-> DeleteMessages (). Klik Call Functie en klik OK het verwijderen te bevestigen. Het bericht wordt verwijderd.
Klik op OK
9. Als de gebruiker had een bestaande delegeren, opnieuw toevoegen delegeren.

Ik vond op een blog een interessante video die ik met jullie wil delen.
Microsoft heeft een preview pdf vrijgegeven van de binnen kort gereleasde Exchange Server 2010 Administrator’s Pocket Consultant van Microsoft Press.
1. Download HIER de drivers die standaard mee gegeven worden met vSphere. Hier zitten ook de de drivers voor VMX2 Enhanced Driver en de VMX 3 Driver.
2. Maak onder Out-of-Box Drivers twee mapjes aan. Zie de afbeelding hieronder. 
3. Importeer de drivers uit de 7zip bestand.
4. Klik de MDT Deployment Share weer aan en klik op Update Deployment Point 
5. 
6. Wil je dit met Powershell doen klik op view script dan krijg het volgende powerscript te zien:

7. Vergeet niet om de oude LiteTouchPE_x64 & LiteTouchPE_x86 in WDS te verwijderen en opnieuw toe te voegen.

You can deploy Exchange Server 2010 in your organization once all of the Client Access servers in your organization have been upgraded to Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 2 (SP2). In addition, any Exchange 2007 Server, regardless of server role, in the Active Directory site you are transitioning, must be upgraded to Exchange 2007 SP2.
Exchange Backup Functionality Exchange 2007 Service Pack 2 includes a VSS plug-in for Windows Server Backup to support Exchange backups. Once SP2 is installed, you can use Windows Server Backup to back up and restore your Exchange 2007 SP2 databases. The new plug-in is delivered in the form of a single executable called WSBExchange.exe. This plug-in is automatically installed by SP2 on all Exchange 2007 Mailbox servers. The plug-in enables Windows Server Backup to be able to make Exchange-aware VSS backups. Enhanced Auditing New Exchange auditing events and audit log repository enable Exchange administrators to more easily audit the activities occurring on their Exchange servers. It allows the right balance of granularity, performance, and easy access to audited events via a dedicated audit log repository. This simplifies the auditing process and makes review of audited events easier by segregating audited events in a dedicated location. For more information about the new auditing features available with SP2, see Understanding Mailbox Access Auditing with Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 2.
Dynamic Active Directory Schema Validation The dynamic AD schema update and validation feature allows for future schema updates to be dynamic deployed as well as proactively preventing conflicts whenever a new property is added to the AD schema. Once this capability is deployed it will enable easier management of future schema updates and will prevent support issues when adding properties that don’t exist in the AD schema. Public Folder Quota Management Exchange 2007 Service Pack 2 provides a more efficient way to manage Public Folder quotas by improving the current cmdlets and removing the dependency on the Public Folder Distributed Authoring and Versioning Administration to perform management tasks. Centralized Organizational Settings There are several new cmdlet parameters that have been added that enable centralized management of many of the Exchange organization settings.

9. Dan zie je dat er een tabblad is bijgekomen genaamd Office Products
10. Nu kunnen we deze gaan aanpassen:

Vergeet niet om even op Apply te klikken. Nu wordt er een xml op de achtergrond aangemaakt.
11. Als je op Apply geklikt heb ga dan terug naar het tabblad Details.
Je ziet nu dat quint install command is aangepast naar: setup.exe /config Enterprise.WW\config.xml
12. Ga weer net tabblad Office Products
13. Wanneer je Office Customization Tool aanklikt dan krijg je het volgende te zien.
Je kunt dus alles aanpassen wat je wilt. 
14. Als je nu op Edit config.xml doet krijg je het volgende te zien. 
Ik heb de config even aan moeten passen zodat deze werkt aangezien ik de NL versie distribueer.
